Is the packaging discreet?

Yes! All Blush toys are carefully packed in our warehouse in an unmarked shipping box with a discreet label. Orders are billed from ‘SEV ENTERPRISE INC.’

Is there a shipping cost? 

Domestically, we offer free economy shipping throughout the USA on all orders.

Free shipping is not available outside of the contiguous USA. International shipping fees will be calculated during check out for all orders being shipped outside of the USA.

 

Do you ship to Army Bases? 

Unfortunately, we do not ship to army bases. We continue to make improvements to our shipping destinations to provide our customers with the level of service they'd expect from Blush. In the future, should this change, we will be sure to notify you.

 

International Shipping (Shipping Outside the USA) 

Free shipping is not available outside the United States.

International shipping rates can vary by country. During checkout, you will see the specific shipping rates for your order before you place it.

We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

 

How long will it take for my product to be delivered?

All products that are available in our warehouse are shipped within 1-2 days of placing your order. Of course, we always strive to keep all products in stock for you. There may be a rare case of shortage, and in such a case, we will contact you via e-mail.

For international shipping, please allow additional transit time. Up to 15 days, depending on the shipping address.

What is the return policy?

We are sorry to hear that you aren’t satisfied with your product. All our products are created mindfully to elevate pleasure for all bodies. We believe that all our bodies are different. Therefore, it can take some time to adapt to the unique sensations. 

Due to the highly intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges whether the packaging seal is open or not.

Customer safety is our priority.

Can I get a refund on my product?

We are sorry to hear that you aren’t satisfied with your product. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. But in case your product stops functioning within 30 days of receipt, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, please write to us through the contact us page and request an exchange for the same item. We want to serve you. 

Can I avail a repair service?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer any kind of repair service. To serve your better, we recommend writing to us through the contact us page. Tell us about the product and what issue you are experiencing. The information will allow us to send you the appropriate solution along with the warranty information (this might vary from product to product).
